Well, a few days in and I've already failed my experiment of discipline through daily haikus. Turns out integrating poetry into an already busy schedule was harder than I thought. 

Here's my "closing" for Daily Haiku:

morning frost sparkles
crisp air smells like fallen leaves
sun turns trees to gold
